Viada Oy Ltd is a privately owned Full Service Destination Management Company based in Helsinki. We specialize in the organization of upscale incentive travel arrangements, meetings and events in the whole of Finland. As a Destination Management Professionals we always provide the client with the most suitable program no matter if your client needs an innovative incentive progrm, event or meetings. The programs vary from traditional cultural-, team building- all the way to the extreme action programs.
To be able to offer yet a wider range of Meetings Industry services in Finland we have opened our own Viada Events department. Now we can offer services from venue decoration to outdoor catering, from creating themes for dinners to mounting of stages with AV-systems. Our aim is to fulfill the clients expectations not forgetting to create a good ROI.

Our leisure department offers traditional DMC services for tour operators and travel agencies. For summer season 2009 we have launched serveral different travel packages for f.i.t clients. To ensure high professional skills our staff are members of  SITE. The Owner and Managing Director Mr Jukka-Paco Halonen is also serving as president of SITE Chapter Finland ry.
